About Us

A bit about me...

I was chief information officer for the McGraw-Hill Companies, Alcatel-Lucent and AT&T Universal Card. I was also senior vice president distributed systems for ABN AMRO bank and director of process engineering for Citibank’s global credit card business.

My focus has always been on improving business performance with the inherent power of IT while accelerating the uptake of emerging technologies - but making customer service exceptional has also been a special priority for me.

And, to show how the business-IT gap can be transformed into a mutually-valued partnership, I've also authored 40+ IT management articles for Forbes, CIO, Reuters, etc., and the Amazon bestselling book: "Technical Impact: Making your Information Technology Effective, and Keeping It That Way."

I now guide C-level sponsors and business leaders in making their IT management team a powerful and exciting resource to gain competitive advantage and industry leadership.
